  • Transports Bellereaux: Handling delivery and customs clearance for our Swiss clients, with a delivery time of 5 business days. Their expertise in customs clearance ensures hassle-free delivery.
  • Geodis Wilson France SAS: Delivery within 48h for our DOM clients, with goods collection at Roissy airport. To open a billing account, call Geodis at 01 41 84 67 65.

Tracking and Receiving Parcels

With tracking numbers, you can monitor the progress of your parcels in real-time and evaluate the quality of our service. A delivery person will come to your business to hand over your parcels in exchange for a signature and the notation of any reservations*.

*For each delivery, note any reservations on the carrier's electronic delivery slip: "Subject to conformity and good condition of the materials". Be sure to indicate the product reference and the quantity damaged by the carrier.
